In order to stimulate potential employees, training culture of sunshine health and teamwork, in June 25, 2017 the company organization staff conducted an outdoor experiential training, the activities mainly through the form of the team game to create a winning team.
On the training ground, we forget our age, forget our job, forget our environment, and devote ourselves to training. Some tasks at first thought it impossible to finish, but after all the team members work together, we eventually completed the task and exceeded the expected goal.
After the activities, the departments also organized the sharing meeting, sharing the insights in the activities to everyone.
